Each league I'm in is set up differently, this should be interesting. I don't know about those online drafts though, never have done it before....

that's the way we always do it 1IR 4 bench.. ( if not guys are costantly waiving players .) Had 1 year where I had 3/4 of my roster either out on suspension or injured.. kinda hard to get points.... finished 3rd that year...
3centers 3 RW 3 LW 2 other wings ( 4th line) utility ( usual take a PIM king and an extra forward... 6 defence 2 goaltenders.....

need more people on this it is a Rotisserie style pool.. rather than head to head.. collect points against one another for bragging rights....over the whole season

Maybe you should make it 10 teams or so. Some of the members may want to play two leagues, but I don't know about filling 20 spots. I only need one more spot filled, and if no one on CKA wants it, it'll go to a friend of mine. It's fun to play, and if you've joined one league, why not join another? So far, I'm in four leagues, and hopefully that's my max.

I've never done a live draft, I have one tomorrow night so we'll see. But last time I did an auto-draft and it was fine.

live drafts are awesome.. 10 people sitting around.. each person gets 5 minutes to make a selection.... fun fu fun...

no one ever uses the time though generally the pick is right there or you can scroll down to the next....
