I've heard of Gay Pride yeah, but can't say I've ever heard of Queer Pride.
Oh well.

My impression is that "queer" is used much more broadly, so that it includes at least all of the GLBT community, but possibly some heterosexuals as well.

I'm not a homophobe.
I just don't agree with homosexuals. I dont want to be near them. And, I'm extra critical that someone might accidentally mistake me for one.
BTW, if someone wants to teach my son tolerance, why can't they do this with content on the CCHRF instead of a homosexual content in his reader?

That looks like a pretty good definition of homophobia to me.
