Sometimes an 'open mind' turns into an open sewer. Loopholes have to be eliminated. If the child is below 18 years of age, there has to be a limit to the age difference between them and their partner. Two years should be the maximum allowed. Once they are 18, they are 'legally' an adult, so what happens between consenting adults is no one's business but their own.
This is a mess that needs to be fixed now. And no, I don't buy the consenting adult argument. Decency must prevail!
So...what exactly is the problem here?
