I do not understand this concept of turning left out of a Tims. Why is this required? There have got to be enough of them that there is one on your right on the way to work. I stop at the LAST Timmies on the right on my way to work. I pass two others on the right and one on the left on my 18 km trek to work.
And Dayseed......... see I told ya! LOL
Ahahah... I like this thread. The best one on this forum!
I agree with you. I have no patience at all for idiocy at the drive thru.
This is the purpose of them... to drive in and leave 'fast'!
So why the fuck do the people wait until they reached the damn window to pull their wallets out and find their pennies to pay ?
That irritates me to no end!
And what about the little 86lbs bitch that needs her whole wheat ham sandwhich made to her specifications and not just take what comes with it ? If she is so worried about the calories it contains.. why not go to Sobeys for a frozen weight watchers delight. SHit... that pisses me off when someone asks how much calorie a damn sandwhich has.
Order the damn thing, eat it, burp it and move on!
I guess I didn't have my coffee either this morning.
I fondly recall one morning in winter driving the neighbour's "metal recyling truck."
I was proceeding in the curb lane at about 50K and a gal from the hammerlane attempted an instant right into the Timmies. I was loaded.
SHE SCRATCHED MY FRESHLY PAINTED BUMPER.......
The investigating Policeman, suggested (tongue in cheek), she could save time by having me load her vehicle in the box. (unhurt but needed "the jaws" to get her out).
Here's how the drive thru is supposed to work at peak times.
Timmies greeting-5 seconds
Taking order-20 seconds
drive up to window- two units of 25 seconds each(allows for two more orders to be taken)
getting food and paying at the window-25 seconds
So the goal in peak times is 100 seconds from speakerbox to food in your car.
I saw it posted on the wall here at our tim's.
That sounds about right for the Tims I stop at each morning zig. Of course you need to add five more 25 second sections for the drive to the window at this one.
