Vehicular homiide or attempted murder, then try them as adults.
Wait, all cars are registered with the police are they not?

It makes no difference if they were out to run someone down or just hit them with the mirror. It is still assault with a deadly weapon. It is not a gun or knife but a car is being used as a weapon in this case.

They should have their right to drive/own a car revoked until they are at least 30 years old.

"Hey, how come you don't drive?"

"I was a fucking idiot."

Ah, yes, the youth injustice system. These little fucks will get a little slap on the wrist and be let go. Nothing will happen to them. Just watch, they will be out stealing cars again, and trying to kill people, within a week. Nothing will be done, and they will get away with it.

The Muslims are right when they call western society decadent. We do nothing about youth crime, and let them grow up into full grown criminals with no respect for society or the law. If we do not start punishing the offenders and their parents, this will continue to get worse.

From Story

$1:
One 16-year-old has been charged with two counts of driving dangerously causing bodily harm, driving while suspended and several other offences, in connection with the incident on Wellington Crescent.

Safioles described the teen as a "high-risk" car thief who was on probation and had been missing for weeks.

Another 16-year-old faces charges including driving dangerously, theft over $5,000, joyriding and possession of break-in tools, while a 13-year-old has been charged with theft over $5,000 and joyriding.

Police say they expect to lay more charges against the teens.

As multiple offenders I hope they don't get a lenient judge and get little or no punishment for this, but I doubt it. Thats the way the system works for young offenders in Canada.
