Canada is known as hollywood north but so few Canadian films ever make it to theatre. We have the most creative people in this country but we have such a horrible movie buisness. Everyone moves to the states to make it in "the buisness" i think we should keep it here . Improve things here .
They move to the states to make it, then have to come back to Canada to film their movies. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Hollywood!
It is a shame Canadian movies dont break big elsewhere.
yeah, i agree with u guys
there are really only 2 reasons why hollywood films in canada.
1. the canadian dollar is worth less than the american dollar. so it's cheaper to film in canada.
2. toronto can be made to look like any american city.
that's pretty much it
which city gets more work in the film industry? Vancouver or Toronto.
I always see vancouve rin movies and tv shows.
3 show's i've been watching are all filmed in Vanocuver.
Battlestar Galactica
Dead Like Me
Smallville
actually, would be really good if someone could do some research and compile a list of shows and movies filmed in Canada. I would be glad to setup a page on CKA for it.
IMDB is a great site , they have some lists.

The Collector is filmed in Vancouver. I takes place there as well. Fantastic Four was filmed in Vancouver.
