I've seen the same kind of comments about the Daily Mail. Yet it has its plusses. You can't find better pictorial coverage of certain things than in the Mail.
As far as Polish workers for Canada are concerned, I think that if we want immigrants, Poles are great.

Yes, I know, but I'm assuming that many of them will choose to become landed immigrants, and citizens. Even from Britain it seems they're not eager to go back home. Once they get a taste of Canada I think it'll be a no-brainer.

I doubt it. In my experience, Polish people come solely to work and send money home, to buy cheap property and retire early.

The advantage of Poles in Britain is that they already speak English to some extent and as the article says, they are willing to relocate. I'm against our massive immigration, don't want English speaking Poles any more than Asians to come in such huge numbers.
At least tho, the Reformacons have not expanded the immigration numbers, and have shifted the focus to people who are more likely to be successful in Canada. That's a start. Now if they'd just quite bringing in massive waves of cheap labor on temp permits we'd be getting somewhere.

Believe me, I have seen PLENTY of Poles in the Netherlands. You do NOT want them here.

My grandfather was Polish. Why would we not want Poles in Canada?
