Is western alienation on the rise again in Alberta? Perhaps it's time for them to birth another national party now that the Reform is now the Conservative party and more federal in nature....
As an easterner I get the feeling BC, Saskatchewan and Manitoba are not as "alienated" as Alberta? It seems Alberta is always at odds with Ottawa on any hot topic (Kyoto, Iraq, gst, same sex, etc)....
