‎"I can't recall"....When asked, 'What exactly do you actually do to earn your salary at CFS?', this is what this inept twit should have answered. It's pretty pathetic that they are more concerned about covering their asses, than finding answers and fixing the system that is culpable in the murder of Phoenix Sinclair.

$1:
But inquiry counsel Derek Olson said not only were Balan's case notes missing, but notes belonging to all supervisors involved with Phoenix's case cannot be found.

What a big fucking surprise.

I suppose they are going to claim it's a complete coincidence that ALL TEN (or more) supervisors involved happened to misplace their notes on the Sinclair file.

Gotta wonder if Sections 219 (Negligence) and 220 (Criminal negligence resulting in death)of the criminal code can apply here. The threat of jail time may jog their memories or help locate the files if they haven't been destroyed....if they ever existed.

This this inquiry is a damned joke. CFS and their scum of the earth lawyers and Union reps delayed this so long to help (possibly) find and destroy evidence and prep witnesses to play stupid. Worse is the losing of files (supposedly) still goes on.

CFS gets to hound and harass good foster kids on the type of windows the kid has in his or her rooms and nit pick over other very minor things but who is nit picking at them and auditing their operations? If someone is they need a new watchdog.
