The economist(that paragon of truth...mostly) has released its ranking of the top ten most livable cities in the world. no surprise vancouver is no.1 on the list. that toronto was ranked no.5 was somewhat surprising though. i've never been to vienna, but i have been to the other cities on the list and i'm shocked that zurich and geneva scored so low.

Too bad they didn't list the whole list... I wonder where the rest of European cities are ranked, and US cities too.
