It means it's a town full of white trash. If they elected this guy as their councillor, I don't see how the label doesn't apply.
So.... if someone says it like it is, they automatically assume the label 'white trash'.
Funny, I keep hearing this "says it like it is" phrase, and it always comes from anti-immigration people who need to make themselves feel good after saying something they know is totally false.

This is just typical of ArseOwl and the statements he makes which are consistent in the fact that he is inconsistent.
He would never label the residents of Jane and Finch as “black-trash” because he’s a believer in equality.
His beliefs don’t obviously stretch to white Canadians. He is a typical racist and the “white-trash” statement is just that, a racist utterance.
He’ll be telling us that white trash just spend their money on beer and popcorn next.

This is just part and parcel of who and what Ice Bowel is. In his narcissistic world view only his opinion and views count. Trying to enagage him is futile, as his thought processes are based on a behavioral disorder rather than reason or logic.
