Did I ever say it could happen? No, I just said that it's what Communisim is all about. It's about the absence of Greed, an impossibilty. I do think Communisim is the best idea, not that it's possible.

Communism is a dream that will never come true- it will always end in a nightmare.

This summer I'm going to a six-week camp. Airframe Servicing. My Government is paying for this. They also are going to pay me $80 a week to be there at this camp. They are also paying for my Ground School and Glider Scholarship. In total, it costs about $13,000. On top of that, I have fun and they pay me to do this camp. No strings attached. This is why I love socialsim. We still have surplus budgets and guess what??? It's socialist. I'd like to see America pull off something like that.

I love to chase dreams. I belive in the ideal of Communisim. That's all I was asked to comment on.

Well, actually, we do have government sponsored programs like that which dish out money.

We don’t have philosophically pure capitalism (almost every “capitalist” society employs some form of economic regulation) nor has a true ideological communist revolution (Marxist) occurred (the Russian one was Marxist-Leninist). Both philosophical extremes are inherently problematic – that’s why the contemporary West mixes elements of both.

A speaker tells his listeners, The communist ideal is already on the horizon.
The audience wonders quietly, "What is a horizon?"
-Answer, an imaginary line where the sky comes together with the earth; it moves off when you try to get closer.

I embrace Socialism. With a little Capitalism in the mix to liven things up. 8) R=UP

I'd like to hear their names. And my government does this for around 27,000 kids across Canada every year. Pays for the camps and everything else, and on top of that; pay us!!! Let us calculate that now: $13,000 times 27,000=$351,000,000 a year to us. AND we still get budget surplusses. And Canada is just such a poor corrupt Communist state now isn't it???

No.

And the programs are ROTC, Pell Grants, and many, many grants.

It might surprise you, Arctic_Menace, but I like Canada and think it's a great country.
