So its just a bomb. Well, maybe not the best choice of words. It is a non-nuclear weapon. Basically a explosive compound and not nuclear or biological related?

Well I did some research on the "Daisy Cutter" bomb mentioned. If the new one is merely a bigger version, it is basically a standard bomb.
