Of course not. This will be a completly democratic process where the people get to vote... it's just that the people have guns to their heads is all.

I'll take the bet, Avro. Gimme million to one odds and I'll put up a quarter. I've always liked betting on the longshot, but I'm not stupid enough to just give away my money...there has to be at least an outside chance.

They don't have any money to bet...the tailspin of the US dollar is leaving them destitute.

I got a quarter...I don't even want the odds. Avro... I think your right on the leader, but I have a suspicion it will be held sometime near the end of February or the beginning of March. 
It is interesting that the people that lean to the right wouldn't want to take your bet Avro.
