Seems to me the Arab League has the greater moral duty here - where's Saudi Arabia. They don't seem to have any compunction about using their military in neigbor's quarrels.

Yeah, but at least they'll get him back.

Cuz it's real hard to blame the west for killing Libyan civilians if you're the one killing Libyan civilians.

Yeah, no doubt just like Iraq was our moral duty - which in the eyes of many Conservatives we failed by not being there with the rest of the Coalition of the Willing.

Should that plane have Two Crew Members??
It can. The F-15 comes in two flavors; single seat and double dip.

Mackay is of his Rocker again Harping like a Mad Cow

Moral Duty????If many Arab countries are not willing to help there own like "Andyt" stated, Saudi Arabia being one of many, why should we.
What now, their going to Blame and hold us accountable "North America" for not coming to the rescue every time they have Problems? sounds Like a bunch of Bull Pie to Moi.
Allah only helps the ones who help themselves.
I don't think it's our moral duty. I think it
might be in our own selfish interests tho.
If our efforts result in a more democratic government there, and it shows regimes in other countries that coming down hard on your own people
may come at a cost. I'm basically blowing around like a weather vane on this one. But it would have been nice to see the West put public pressure on the Arab league. Although really, what interest does the Arab league have in seeing a more democratic government in Libya, since they're all despots of one kind or another themselves.
Not to defend FOX, but a CNN reporter reporting on a network that CNN loathes is hardly an unbiased report. I saw this report this morning and the British CNN guy was foaming at the mouth with invective about FOX and their reporter. It was neither impartial nor professional.
How old are you?
