You make a good point highlander, and I definatly do not think the US action is the right one. especially since it is such an arogant display of "US knows best" kind of attitude. I don't nessesarily think canada should be backing the US, but I do think Jean Chretien misshandled the whole situation in very bad way. Canada has NOTHING to contribute to the debates, and JC did nothing but hide behind the UN. We could have be tougher with the US, in a more political way than lobbing insults with liberal backbencher artillary.
