The Mytob virus is hitting right now.

It shows up as an email from admin@(your domain).com or security@(your domain).com or webmaster@(your domain).com and directs you to click on a hyperlink to "confirm" your account.

Delete the email without opening the link.

For the curious, hover your cursor over the link and it will display the IP address 209.67.220.164

Symptoms: Mytob disables anti-virus, firewalls, and task manager and, so far, is infecting Linux machines at my office in addition to Windows systems.

I've been getting e-mails like this for five days. I suspect someone at Canada Kicks Ass is the infected source.

Ever notice that Macs never get viruses? I'll bet that the Viruses are being created by Mac to undermine Windows and Linux, which is why that Mac should be shut down! Or it's just people using mac are getting pissed off, and using Mac's superior capabilities they are infecting the Windows users!
