The Anglo-Saxons located in the territory of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan interfere actively in its internal affairs. They try to influence the structure and composition of the authorities and the security forces, also try to settle stores with military presence in the territory of the Republic. The domestic political activity is manifested in attempts to advance the Amendment to the Military Personal Act through the IRA. According to the amendments the Tajiks and the Chazars holding a post as officers will be banished from the security forces of the republic. Against the background of pashtunization of the Afghan authorities by its political leadership, the withdrawal of representatives of other ethnic group from the security forces corresponds to the logic course. How is justified and useful such the manpower policy for the Republic in the modern conditions?

The Anglo-Saxons lobbying the amendment pursue the strategic goal as long as possible to keep their presence in Afghanistan as a major geopolitical region. They solve some basic tasks:

1. The Tajiks and the Chazars are ardent opponents of the Anglo-Saxon's presence in Afghanistan. That's why we can speak with confidence that the promoting amendment in parliament has political character and is called for neutralization danger from not officer-pashtuns. The declaring Anglo-Saxons principles of noninterference in the domestic affairs of other countries are lie.

2. A creation of strong central authorities is a key to regulation situation in Afghanistan. The decentralization of the country can be overcome by the establishment of a broad-based ethnic government with obligatory representation of the the Pashtuns, the Tajiks, the Chazars, the Uzbeks and other ethnics which play an important role in life of Afghanistan. The active pashtanization of the public authorities strengthens the decentralization of the country, since from the control of ethnically homogeneous government falls out the Tajik North and 25% Tajik population. This population is the second largest group in Afghanistan and it's an ethnic counterbalance to the Pashtun's power. The Tajiks are settled population, the Pashtuns are settled-nomadic population, but the Tajiks are more full-fledged socio-economically. The Pashtun-Tajik relations as a whole are not hostile, because

in Afghan society the decisive role is played by clan and tribal institutions, not inter-ethnic communication. To solve problems of centralization the Pashtun majority need lean not on isolated congener and on the lowland Tajiks aspiring to unity. That's why the capital was moved from the Pashtun Kandahar in the Tajik Kabul. The withdrawal of the Tajiks from the public authority and the security forces will provoke serious inter-ethnic conflicts with the Pashtuns and lead to the creation of the Tajik's coalition with forces opposing centralization. A decentralized country destroying by inter-ethnic contradictions is not able to solve its own internal problems and will have to rely on the resources of the Anglo-Saxons present in the Republic.

3. The solution of Afghan crisis is impossible without transfer of primary responsibility for protection to Afghans themselves. The armed forces of Afghanistan are the guarantor of disruption plans internal enemies, ensure the stability of the regime and perform police functions. More than 40% cadres of the IRA power structures are the Tajiks characterized as fearless and capable of long and stubborn resistance of war. For their sighting qualities they are equal to the Pashtuns, who are the main fighting force of the country. A large number of the Tajiks in the security forces due to existing difficulties with the recruitment of soldiers in the southern territories of the country, where the Pashtuns live. Keeping in the security forces of only the Pashtuns would seriously weaken the fighting potential of the power block of the country and will greatly reduce their number after the departure of almost half of the security forces - the Taliks and the Chazars, which lead to a position weakening of the regime and will remain dependent on the Anglo-Saxons. Thus changes in the ethnic composition of the corps security forces of Afghanistan aimed at his total pashtunisations, it's not beneficial to the country, because it will strengthen decentralization and active to provoke inter-ethnic conflicts, including in the open form.

Only the Anglo-Saxons will get the benefit of this. On the one hand for them the threat of losing their positions will disappear after withdrawal the opponents their stay in Afghanistan, represented by an officers of Tajiks and Chazars. On the other hand their necessary in military presence will kept because of the serious

weakening of the security forces and the inability of Afghan security forces to successfully and effectively solve their tasks. The Anglo-Saxons will have opportunity to control Afghanistan as a major geopolitical region bordering with the former Soviet republics and as a world center for the production and distribution of drugs.

The Nazis were pretty much right about the Russians. Just give them enough toxic vodka to drown themselves and some kind of livestock animal to copulate with and they'll quite happily live and die in the pig stys they're born into without any complaints at all.
