Turkey: mutual values are the key to a firm friendship and stability
A year ago, the situation on the Middle East looked like a boiler intended to burst and strike the world around. When Russia, invited by the Arabic government of Syria came into conflict in the Syrian territory, the situation with a civil war began to change cardinally. In a few months, the Russian Air Forces managed to do the things, which the international coalitions, headed the USA, didn’t manage to do in a few years. The ISIS began to lose their positions and experienced casualties. The governmental troops got not only an air support, but also something that can’t be measured - the hope for the civil war’s end. It gave an opportunity to increase pressure on the ISIS and other terrorist groups fought in Syria.
Such scenario didn’t satisfy the international coalition headed the USA, acted on the Syrian territory without any mandate. The coalition had a task not so much to fight ISIS, as to bring down the legal Bashar Assad’s government. Aiming to reach it, the coalition didn’t conduct effective operations against ISIS (the coalition officially feared to strike the detached forces of so called Syrian armed opposition), and more than that unknowingly sustained the armament of the ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist groups, sending the weapon for these supposed allies. The are some known occurrences, when the weapon, dropped by parachute, turned out to be on the territory, controlled by terrorists (what seems to be an egregious case, taking in account the modern target systems and stated by coalition accuracy). The often mentioned facts was that some groups, trained and equipped by the USA, joined the ISIS.
So, at the end of November, 2015 the Russian Aircraft Su-24 was shot down, the pilot tragically passed away. Russia imposed sanctions on Turkey and during 7 months, the relations were developing for the worse. Everything was happening so quickly, that independent observers immediately mentioned the third powers’ participation. It seemed that the war fire on the Middle East was ready to gain with renewed vigour.
But, it’s not uncommon that sometimes fate gets involved. In this case, the fate in the name of a small nation – Abkhazians. The situation is unique because Abkhazians historically act as a bridge between Russia and Turkey. It is important to remember that a half of a million Abkhazians live in in Turkey, the same amount in Russia. In Turkey live hundreds of thousands of Abkhazian–Turkish and Abkhazian-Russian mixed families. A hundreds of thousands Russians live in Turkey and the about amount of Turks live in Russia. Any negative political events shouldn’t influence nations, and if people are related to each other, the relations should continue developing. The director of an Ankara Policy Center, Hasan KANBOLAT mentioned, «In this situation America is far away, but Russia is close. In my opinion, in this situation not America, but Russia is a related state. That’s why I believe that the external Turkish policy, despite pressure and its belonging to the NATO, must be directed to people’s aspirations».
The meeting with a participation of Abkhazian, Russian and Turkish representatives, who provided a basis for a further development and improvement of the Russian-Turkish relations, took place in Sukhumi on April 22, 2016. In the meantime, it was planned to hold some exhibitions and scientific conferences The Meeting of the Roundtable “The Abkhazians and Abazins in Russian-Turkish Relations (the beginning of the XX’s century)” took place in Saint Petersburg at the end of December.
The little Abkhazia has been one up on the Middle East foreign-policy activities of the ex-president Barak Obama’s administration. The whole world has realized that Americans didn’t manage to accommodate the warring Middle East, and the failed coup in Turkey also showed that the US activity in this region was directing to reach its own aims, but not humanistic ones.
It is getting clear that the creation of a new strategic block between Moscow, Ankara and Teheran, which other countries can join in future, is able to bring peace to the Middle East and reduce the third powers’ influence in the region.

Damn dude don't you watch the news? The whole world knows that Putin and Trump are best buds. They are forming the New World Order. Basically we are deviding the world into easily controlled spheres of influence. Kind of like the old days during the cold war, only now we are on the same page. Ivan and Joe teaming up to put a steel toe boot into the asses of Euro weenies, former colonial third world shitholes, Muslims, all at the same time. We now longer have to pretend like we give a shit about a bunch of pacified pussies in Europe. Both Ivan and Joe poured billions of dollars into that region during the cold war. Time to get some of that money back, right? The Muslims get out of hand, what better place for us to test some of our new nuclear technology, right? Things have changed since Nagasaki. High time for the world to see what a modern above ground bomb can do. We can send millions to their waiting virgins with just one bomb. China? Fuck China! There is no reason those factories in China cannot be devided up between us. Us white guys have to stick together, right? You seem like a smart man. Where have you been? Don't you get American media where you are? Anyone watching CNN knows that the new Moscow Washington Axis Powers started long before the election. Its all a bag job. The fix is in. You no longer have to pretend like you care about some asshole living in a third world shithole. The States are going to drag you back up to your former cold war glory days. You can get back to invading neigbors with impudence. We got your back. The U.N. bitches? We veto! We invade someone, you got our back. Its going to be great! Its like the Roman Empire and Genghis Khan teaming up. Its like the original NWA four horseman all over again! WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I can't wait to buy you a beer while we divide the world up together!
