Advice on Best Place to Live in Canada?
I am seriously considering moving to Canada, but have no idea exactly where to go. I am a 25 year old with experience as a paralegal/legal secretary. I prefer urban areas and am pretty much middle of the road on all political issues. Since I am from Texas, I unfortunately speak with a slight accent, so I would like to live somewhere where people can look past that. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
Only one choice, Alberta. (Unless you're gay, then Ontario is the place for you).

You are a bigotted racist POS. At least you are showing HopefulCanadian what type of people he can find in your neck of the woods.

Now now are you saying Alberta is full of racist bigots? That's not very liberal of you.

No. Thats why I said "neck of the woods" and not Alberta. Bigotry like his can be very regional. I note you have no problem attacking me but his virulent hatred of Liberals, Ontario, Quebec, all of eastern Canada, homosexuals, and a probable laundry list that includes everybody but his own klan of friends hasn't yet brought a rebuke from you.
Show some consistency for a change.

Who's attacking? I don't think what I posted was an attack. Come on buck up little camper.

You don't but I do. You have also targetting me before inthreads with religion so the attack comment refers to them as well.
Answer the question. Why don't you take offence with his BS bigotry the same way you scream about my "anti-Xtian" comments. At least mine is about the actual faith, his bigotry is very much aimed at the people. Perhaps you not only condone it but agree with it. Buck that up little camper

So now your accusing me of being a bigot. Tsk tsk. Poor little guy, you've just got to put someone down or you don't feel fulfilled I guess. I'm not sure what an x-tian is so I can't comment on that.

I said perhaps. You still dodged the question though and since anything you post to me is an attack of some sort and invariably in conversations that you aren't party to we both know who is the person constantly belittleing someone.
If you please, your answer to the question at hand or don't bother posting at me for any belitteling coment I may make in the future with regards to the Xtian religion.

Anyways...Back on tpoic. A great place to not get noticed for your accent is either Vancouver or Toronto. They're both heavily multicultural cities with Vancouer being the better of the two.

A Texas accent will definitely get you noticed at the Canby.
Thanks for the advice. Which place, Vancover or Toronto, has a cheaper cost of living and which one has a warmer climate overall?
Toronto's probably the cheaper of the two, Vancouver definitely the warmer.
