Hi everyone, I look forward to joining in on these conversations! I've belonged to a few U.S. forums, but stopped posting in them and visiting them because so many of the threads are so abusive and rude. I am registered with the Toronto Globe and Mail online, and in reading the comments there, I am struck by the contrast between the comments from Canadians versus what I see from Americans. So I guess I'm not a typical American. I value civility greatly, so here I am, in canadaka. I hope I can contribute topics of interest!
