Yah she doesn't know what the hell she is talking about, "We allow them to live on the continent" LMFAO, dumb bitch. But hey, she's blonde what can you do. Also get a load on her talk about the Vietnam war where Canada "sent" troops....We do need our daily laughter.

Ann Coulter seems to be the American equivalent of Carolyn Parrish. Grease them up, put them in bikinis, gag them and put them in the ring (that is after you've handed out blindfolds to the audience). "Sweet"Sheila Copps can be the ref.

That Carlson Tucker also needs his friggan head screwed on because I know Most Americans don't say shit like that but if he actually believes that.....then wow, words cannot describe.

ShepherdsDog @ Thu Jul 21, 2005 1:49 am

I think he was trying to be funny, but fell short.

Tucker Carlson and Jon Stewart

I imagine most of you saw the clip of Jon Stewart on Crossfire, but just in case...

Never trust a young man in a bowtie.

DerbyX @ Thu Jul 21, 2005 3:45 am

Jon Stewart did a great job on crossfire. His "Daily Show" is political satire at its best.

ShepherdsDog @ Thu Jul 21, 2005 4:40 am

That was great. They should have him on more often. Tucker likely cried in his pillow later that night.

I don't understand people like Carlson and Coulter who make ridiculous claims to grab attention and try to back them up by attacking anyone who disagrees. Does this qualify as credibility in the US?

DerbyX @ Thu Jul 21, 2005 5:42 am

I just got to my home computer so I could see the video. What a cute (sorry Lily). The US has their loadmouths just as we do. I only hope that a large majority of Americans can see the absolute bullshit she spews as just that. I like how they view our inter-border trade as totally 1 sided, ie if they didn't buy it from us then we would be a third world nation. Try, it was the huge access the US had to extremely cheap primary resources that allowed them to have the economy & lifestyle they have today. Thats why all their companies are outsourcing labour, to find a cheap and plentiful supply of labour. If we didn't supply them with cheap oil, gas, wood, various food then were would they get it. Its a symbiotic relationship nor parasitic.

She is full of un-imformed shit, and the American publick goble it up.
Who is gonna chalenge her, she works for the news.

Another one is bill riley... How can chanlenge a guy like that. He doesn't say you are wrong or chalenge the info that is presented to him, he just makes fun of it, or tell the guy to shut up before he is done presenting his facts.

The real bad part is her comment about "we want the west, the ski areas and the conservatives". Well fine. Canada will take california & seattle & the east coast, well all the blue states. It'l be just like Ruez's avatar, The United States of Canada & Jesusland!

Why was that called Fox on Canada when half of it was a bit from CNN.

AND

Media Matters for America (MMFA), "a new Web-based, not-for-profit progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media,"[1] (http://mediamatters.org/) was founded by David Brock in mid-April 2004.

"Because a healthy democracy depends on public access to accurate and reliable information, Media Matters for America is dedicated to alerting news outlets and consumers to conservative misinformation -- wherever we find it, in every news cycle -- and to spurring progressive activism based on standards and accountability in media," explains their website [2] (http://mediamatters.org/items/200405010001) "For the first time, Media Matters for America has put in place a system to monitor the media for conservative misinformation - every day, in real time -- in 2004 and beyond." [3] (http://mediamatters.org/etc/about.html)

The site "was devised as part of a larger media apparatus being built by liberals to combat what they say is the overwhelming influence of conservative commentators like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly." The "project was developed with help from the newly formed Center for American Progress, the policy group headed by John D. Podesta," Bill Clinton's former chief of staff. "Brock said he hoped it could help provide fodder for fledgling liberal radio talk shows being started across the country, including those of the comedians Al Franken and Janeane Garofalo." [4] (http://www.nytimes.com/2004/05/03/busin ... ner=GOOGLE)

"Mr. Brock, who has also spoken with Senator Clinton, Senator Tom Daschle of South Dakota and former Vice President Al Gore about his project, said he was ready to face skepticism. 'I think all ideological converts face a reality on that question,' he said. But, he added, 'I've found people very open to the idea that people can change.'"

I'll update my firewall filter and file MMFA under Liberal crap.

That was such a lame attempt at selling air time. Anyone that buys any of that for real is looking at swamp land in Florida. Those people thrive on controversy.......they're pushing buttons and don't deserve a response.
