Canada Day

Any one know what the weekend is supposed to be like this year for Canada Day? Im so used to Canada day falling on a diffrent day of the week but this year it's on a Friday. So, is Friday the holliday weekend begining or is it still Monday? Cause I know Lac du Bonnet (Manitoba) always has a sunday beer gardens.
Usually I go to the social, baseball games and beer gardens but this year me and buddies are going to a lake to do some fishing and drinking. Bring some fire works, put up a Canadian Flag and celebrate Canaday Day in the wilderness.
Nothing like floating in the water with a floating cooler full of vodka coolers and beer.

Nothing beats big, big fireworks. Ya know what they say... Celebreate your country by blowing up a small part of it. Or, if you have the finances, by blowing up a big part of another counry

I love Canada Day. Cake, fireworks, parades, concerts, nudity...mmm. What better way to start summer?

I think that Canada day is, in general, the best celebration any nation has for it's nation celebretory...ness. Except for France, because their so good at it. They have a fucking celebration for every revolution they ever had. They get 50 days off a year for parades, they damn well better be good at it!

Indeed. As I said, Im going camping for 2 nites, but as we all know it's a long weekend. So for twodays im out getting hammered with buddies, shooting off fireworks and drinking beer in a tube on the lake. And the other nite we have to celebrate you can bet your ass Im gonna be at the beer gardens to watch the Lac du Bonnet fireworks. One of the biggest fireworks displays in Manitoba. No where to park there is so many people in town for that, that means alot of women from out of town looking for one nite of fun. Oh Canada!

Well we had flood warnings for southern manitoba but the rain has stopped and we are supposed to have beautiful weather for Friday and Saturday before it rains again. Seems like fate that Canada day is taking place during our sunny break from the rain lol.
Golf (beer in a cooler on the cart), drinking, beer gardens, party
