Well that's an even sadder statement.
No proof? I was under the impression that they had cable TV over there, I mean I know you have the Internet so how about having a look around. Better yet, how about grabbing a flight over here and take a little trip from coast to coast. Bring along a camera and make a little album of the whole thing. Then when you get back you can sit, have a pint and take a look around at what you have over there to look at and, well.... CRY YOUR FRIGGIN' EYES OUT!!!

Ah, pictures -- almost anyone can look good in the right lighting and maybe even a little photoshop.

While it's true that the girls in the US are only a few miles away.....we are mindnumbingly hot and kick ass, and they are, well just play around with the words and you'll get it.

We've got our share of unattractive (and sometimes very unattractive) women too.
Statistically, of course the US would seem like it's got more unattractive women -- just because there's a bigger population (10 times the size of ours).
Again, i'm going to say it's subjective. If a person finds blond hair/blue eyes the be-all/end-all epitome of attractiveness, then we don't have the most attractive women in the world.
Another factor that plays into perceived attractiveness is the relative socioeconomic status of the person in question and the relative socioeconomic status of the person's citizenship. The wealthier one is, the more expendable income the person has towards appearance modification. A little plastic surgery can go a long way.
