The sign is fake. Look at the word "GIVE"; it's poorly done. It likely said "Behead those who insult Islam" before someone played in photoshop for a few minutes.
Doesn't matter does it as long as the end result is what was intended and the radical asshole comes off looking like a piece of shit to all denizens of the internet thingy?
