Haunting! Something is mysterious

I remember watching a lot of episodes in my childhood of US TV show: A Haunting.
Among all episodes, the one that really freaked me out and remained in my memory was this below one.
A Haunting - S03E08 - The Possessed
I along with my brothers used to watch these shows at around 12:00 a.m at Discovery channel....I couldn't sleep sometimes after watching these.
Have you guys encountered any mysterious activity around your place?
I remember reading in local Urdu digest about one haunted place that is police station here in Karachi....Jackson Police Station
Story is that before partition of subcontinent when British was still here,
A British guy or army officer used to live here along with his wife, don't know why but he killed his wife and then probably went back to UK
The ghost or restless soul of his wife is still can be felt by people who live in surrounding of that police station...sound of cries etc.

Ghost Documentary - "Ghost Soldier" - A Haunting ᴴᴰ
Lisa discovers a photograph that her ex-boyfriend has left. It's a black and white picture of his brother who died fighting in Vietnam. She has the photo framed, thinking it would make a thoughful birthday gift. Lisa is stunned by her ex-boyfriend's cold refusal of the gift; he seems practically frightened of the photograph. Hanging it in her own home, Lisa becomes obsessed with the picture and the man in it. Despite waking in the middle of the night and seeing the dead soldier in her home, Lisa refuses to listen to reason and dispose of the soldier's picture.
