Where the option for negative amounts of money?

I'm a student, so I acrue like $10,000 of debt each year....

You could say I make -$10,000/year

I just heard that a customer of ours is putting a 10' long fireplace (one of 8) into his new house, right beside the pizza oven. He paid cash. (last name is Dingwald.. or something :-))
I was saying that my sights are about as high as dry boots.

As a student, I subsist on a modest income situated somewhere between zero and 10000 dollars. :(
