Well Belgium once occupied a large portion of Africa; they didnÂ’t treat the Africans very well. Belgians in Africa grew up knowing only racism and its still there in Africa today. Now IÂ’m not saying all Belgians are racists or anything, or all Belgians in Africa are racist but its just history.
