Violent sex offender Michael Stanley, who removed his electronic monitoring bracelet and fled Canada earlier this month, is now under investigation for the sexual assault of a 16-year-old boy in Seattle, Wash.
Shortly after arresting and charging Stanley this morning on a misdemeanour charge of harassment , Seattle police received information that he may have been involved in a sexual assault in Seattle.
