ABC Anchorman Peter Jennings has lung cancer

I hope he beats it

   

I hope so too.

I also hope that ABC will start airing the truth now.Instaed of liberal lies.

First off, I hope he continues to be the anchor for as long as he feels up to it...and secondly, even if he were to step down, ABC is not gonna do a complete image makeover just because Peter Jennings stops being anchor.....I hope they stay "liberal" forever! We "liberals" need our daily medicine (lies)

Ditto. He's the last of the old hands. It would be a shame to see him leave prematurely.

   

Oh wow!!! I heard that there was some big news about him, but didn't catch what it was... It's always sad to hear of anyone diagnosed with lung cancer... I hope he beats it!

   

While I concur on both points, I'm compelled to say this wasn't the time nor the place.

   

Poor guy, lung cancer is practically a death sentance.
