I've been to nude beaches and nudest camps. Plenty of kids there walking on the beach holding their grandparent's hand. It's weird for about 30 minutes the first time you go and you make comments in your head about every body type you see. After that you forget about it and don't notice that others around you are nude.

The kids don't seem to notice either. Only pre-ados and ados are rare there. Even if they've gone to these places all their life, they want nothing to do with these places at that age.

I don't necessarily think that a 40 year old grandma should look like a 70 year old woman in a flower-curtain, just because she is a grandmother. My daughter wears the same size clothes as I do (and she wears mine, too). Does that mean I am a cool mom (or an older woman trying to look like a teenager) or that my daughter dresses older than she is? Or just that we both have our own style and that co-incidentally, some of our clothes are interchangeable?

Should I stop riding my bike because my next door neighbour is my age, but a grandma? I don't think so. Should I start wearing sloppy clothing 2 sizes too large, or should I continue to wear my size 4 skinny jeans? I choose the latter, thank you very much.

I believe the appropriate clothes depend on your physique. An 18 year old that is 50 pounds overweight should not have a bare midriff with a visible jiggling tummy roll (male or female). Whereas a 50 year old in great shape can look attactive with lots of skin showing. Regardless of age and to a degree shape you can dress to look attractive to others OR you can dress for the yech factor. Matter of choice. Personally I would rather experience the former than the latter.

Oh and keep wearing the size 4 jeans. I think they would look just fine. :D

:D

Nudity taboos are silly, a hold over of a less rational time.

I don't have any love for sexual activists, but I don't hold any bias against someone for not using clothes.

Put forward an argument for why people should wear clothes, when they don't need to. As in not an argument made for weather protection, or safety clothing.

The first time I read your post, I though you'd written "I don't have any love for sexual activities...".

I need new glasses... sorry about that.

Just doing it until you need glasses? Keep it up and you'll go blind.
