Spelling mistakes...who's to pay?

And she expected them to pay another $6000.00 (on top of the $40,000 for the artwork) for travel to fix her mistakes. Yet she doesn't understand why people would be mad?

You'd think being in a library...she could have looked up the spelling in say maybe an encyclopedia. Hmmmm...I wonder if the library misspelled the name on her cheque?
