Read the accompanying comments by people in the climate sector. They point out the ICHEAT factor is a red herring as using a -1 fudge factor to manipulate data is irrelevant when the anomalies are observed events and not calculated events. You still end up with the same problem of solar minimums not lining up with observed temperatures.
