what's important is the yellow sign down right.

we are supposed to follow the green path since the right lane is for turning right.
Even if there's a railroad and you risk cutting people who doesn't follow the signalization because it's non sense.

I pass at that place every morning and at first I was following the sign law. But I soon found out that i was unable to get into the right lane without cutting someone and being horned at so I did what everyone do, following the red path. One day I got a ticket of 150$. Nonsense.
Now i'm contesting it. It's too dangerous to follow the signalization.

Oh I forgot to say it was a one-way street.

There shouldn't be a lane for people in the right lane to go straight, then. They should at least put markings on the other side to show that you shouldn't go straight (I borrowed your artwork to show what I mean, Proc)

Yeah I know. It's two-lanes going in two-lanes.
It really doesn't bother anyone if one continue straight.

You are driving along a two lane road with a NO PASSING sign posted, and you come upon a bicycle rider. Do you follow the slow-moving bicycle rider for the next 2 miles or do you break the law and pass?
Yes
No
Depends on whats around

Funny poll question you have there. It's like if you asked if something was a circle or a square and the only options to pick were "yes" or "no."

Anyway, I'd pass the bicyclist if I was in a hurry or, if I had time, I'd stay behind them and lay down on my horn the whole way.

did you see the picture of the bike rider. If you did would you still lay on the horn all the way?

Oh, thought it was just a random picture you were posting. I'm talking about bicyclists in general.
