What he fails to mention is that the Bloc has no interest in running in ridings with a minority or non existing french community, and why is that, because "most anglophone Canadians don't understand the mentality of French seperatist people."

Any other province could have been used. Still, the Bloc is useless even for Quebecers. Not intended to repeat, but the Bloc would probably not exist if it were not for the bias in the Quebec media.
