I got a new phone, a book on the oil sands, a couple of pairs of fuzzy socks and some random things from people at the office who obviously don't know me. The only thing I didn't get was the handsome hot Canadian I asked Santa for. Skunked again.

My wife had that same complaint. All she got was me.

Put this on next time and you'll see every Campbell buck come running and drooling like Pavlov's dog...

Don't be alarmed by the lanolin and velcro gloves though, those are tools of the trade.

A Naval centenial coin, hut boots, a homemade quilt from Mrs Gunnair (my favourite) Naval Centenial stamps and silver dollar.

I also bought a new computer, monitor (24 in) and printer.

A tripod for the camera, a pizza stone, framed photos... and the best of them all... my 2 adopted girls came to visit.

More to come this weekend. :D

She made me one a few years back to take to sea, but my boy got a hold of it when I came back and he liked to sleep with it because it smelled like the ship. After that, he never gave it back because he said it was like having me around when I was away.

Now I gots me a new one!

The little woman complained she didn't get enough exersize in the winter.
All the excuse I needed, got her Xbox Kinect - she LOVES it!
Get this: BOXING is her favorite.
Came home to find the tree gone already and the whole living room rearranged so there was enough room for 2 player mode!
