1) Medal receiver's name: BartSimpson
2) Medal name: CKA Contributor
3) Justification for getting the medal: Has posted over 4000 posts within a year's timeframe- and many were not short ones like mine.
4) "Optional" refrences to posts that back the justification:
Most all of BartSimpson's posts throughout the past months.
Perhaps his posts promoting Albertas separation and his habit of pushing American ideals and agendas (like the right to bear arms, the death penalty, war in Iraq...) on a Canadian site would tend to make him more of an anti-Canuck than a contributer?
Just another vewpoint...
You have to contribute stuff to the site like pics, reviews, money, etc.
Not 4000 posts.
hmm yah... also the contributor medal is kinda for outside the forums, like someone who contribures content to the site, reviews, nes link posts, jokes, that kinda stuff.
Maybe we need some other kinda medal for post counts
I would recommend the Neo-Con medal. It would be easy to find material to justify his nomination.
I agree with Ripcat - I have over 2000 posts, most of them of the 'fluffy' variety. While Bart's posts have contributed more than mine, mere post count shouldn't count for much.
lets give us a platinum leaf for each 1000 posts...
Members already get a new red "star" for so many posts, plus member type changes as well. I think that's good, otherwise, like Ripcat said, you'll can people posting fluff and spam most of the time in order to pad their post counts.
