hey Fort Mac wasn't bad when I was growing up, it was still a small town then.

   

You're in Ft Mac Dim??? Hey say hello to my brothers Glen and Keith, my old Highschool buddies Jody, Jason, Rick and Chad...My cousins Chris and John...my nephew Brennen....better yet just tell all the Newfie's I said what are ya at.

   

No I don't live in Fort Mac anymore, I live over the pond in Scotland. lol But I'll be sure to tell them all I said hello when we go back for a visit in August

   

btw, I knew a Jody, Rick and Chad in high school too...what are their last names?

   

Were you there when they dismantled the first old camp and found the bodies?

   

gosh no that was way before my time. But I've heard about it! Was that not the old indian burial site?

I was there when they discovered the dinosaur skeleton though

   

My stepdad used to run the first bucketwheel up there for Fording and he used to tell me of the professional gamblers that used to show up on payday,he said there was a few times when someone just went missing and they later found the bodies under the camp,could be just be an old miners tale.

There's so much history up there that goes un-noticed, it's unreal!

   

and just by that I know they are not the same people.....Rick dropped outta school in grade 9 and went to work! And Jody dropped out in grade 10....started his own business....failed misserably...went back to school for a year and then did it again in grade 11....took him 5 yrs to graduate....I laugh at him...only took me 4!

   

Good lord LOL

   

2nd or 3rd or whatever is next.

   

So a if a newf takes 7 yrs to graduate does he consider himself a PhD?
