Thanks!! I've been busy with visiting relatives and didn't have a clue about it as it was going on, but I'm very honoured that the nine of you think I deserve it.
I'd also like to thank the other posters on the forums, and especially the ones I have disagreed with. As a general rule, I don't get into discussions with people who I don't feel have a lot to contribute, so those on the receiving end should feel acknowledged, not slighted, by my disagreeing with them. If there weren't some very bright and articulate people here, I wouldn't find this place so terribly addictive.

By the way, Hardy, all the medal functions as is as a target for the boozier members; "Oh, Mr. F'in' Big Shot with a Master Bater medal.... "

When that time comes, I suppose I shall have to consider whether some of the more senior recipients aren't deserving of a "Master Debater with Maple Leaf Cluster."
That, or I will begin working on my "Flamer" medal.
