JaredMilne for UberCanuck.
Jared needs one of these:

Jared not only knows more the Canadian political system than anyone I've ever met, he has an entire library of nothing but books about Canadian Politics. I bet that's all he has in his web browser history!
And, I think he has one-upped the standard we all try to set in the meaning of 'Uber'.
I didn't think there was such a thing, till I saw them, but Jared has actual action figures of Canadian Prime Ministers.
If that isn't a commitment to Canada, I don't know what is.

I'll second that!
(P.S. Where does one get these action figures??)

Now, in my defence, Canadian political links are not the only things in my browsing history. I only have several thousand news articles, essays and other resources, plus the three dozen or so blogs I try to keep up with, plus the links to the various political groups I follow...I also have links to various non-Canadian political articles, links to other websites and articles for things like comics and fantasy.
And of course, there are non-political Canadian links too, most significantly CKA itself.

All kidding aside, I can only offer my thanks and appreciation.
I only wish I'd come to CKA sooner!

It's a wee bit too soon to be offering thanks for the medal as, even with my vote you are, according to the rules, still one vote shy of being considered as a recipient.
$1:
The nomination must receive a minimum 8 endorsement votes from other members to be then considered by the moderators. Getting the 8 endorsements does not automatically mean that person will be awarded the medal, it is still up to the moderators or myself. Negative votes or comments do not count toward medal nominations, although will be allowed to be made in that thread.
Hang in there JM, I'm sure somebody will come forth with the eighth vote.....in a month or so.....
