I am surprised he hasn't got one yet.
Always fun to play with in the games, knows his military facts, posts a lot of news links and never talks bullshit. I think he deserved one a long time ago!

The medals list is under Extras on the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

Just go to "Extras", let it drop-down, select "medals" and there you go
