There ya go BC...Claiming ownership of all of North America. You greedy bastard. I may have a billion dollars worth of oil underneath my friggin' basement but if it is developed I won't see one friggin' dime of that because idiots like yourself would quickly jump in and say it's MY land.

Who pays for your reserve's housing? Who pays for 99.9% of your friggin infrastructure. There is no amount of rent that can be charged by idiots like yourself to cover the costs that MY damn taxes go to pay for natives.

You are a greedy, racist SOB that figures because someone shit on a tree somewhere near you that you own the entire damn continent.

btw..Why would I bother attempting to drag you into any kind of discussion because you are quite capable of sticking your friggin' foot and mouth where it doesn't belong.
PJB, if you think you have a case, take it to Harper. Government won't allow the NDN's to invest the money. That NDN's get from the Government. CAn you explain to me, how the money is FREE? I would love to hear it, I can email it to STephen Harper, I am sure He would love to see your report, seriously. Otherwise , it;'s no sense for you to go CRYING, BAWLING all over Canada.   Canada made 60 trillion dollars, that one year. NDN's managed to get 8 billion out of that. Lotsa NDN's think and say you came in a boat. (not me)

ok ok since B_C is getting free money cause of his ancestors, I want free money cause....uhm....oh ya, my ancestors were brought over here against their will and forced to be slaves to anyone who could afford them.
Unlike the Indian who was not smart enough to stay away from booze and shit. They had to have what the white people had. That was their down fall. You cant blame the white people for the indians loosing their land. Think about it. And now the indians what to go back to their roots. Their simple ways, with nature and crap. To late for that shit. Indians have have addictive personalities for the most part. Not all of them but most of them in my opinion. Booze, shiny objects, guns.....that list goes on.

It sure ain't yours thats for sure. If you think it's yours. Charge the NDN's rent then, come on! Whats the basis of your ownership, absolutely nothing. YOU came in a BOAT, with just the clothes on your back. After the treaties were made then, they send for the boats. It's hard to realise what actually taken place before you showed up at the shore, because you didn't see the Treaties. It's very easy to have this warped idea that you have ownership. Wherever, you hung your hat. You don't even own the land you say you have, I can't remember if you said you had land. Whatever, The government owns it. Why? because NDN's made deals with the Fed's, not you. You are just grassroot. Go crying to your WHITE SIGNATORIES. Whites signed, too. Look at the treaty again, you WILL see SIGNATURES. From WHITE people.

BC...I paid for the land that my home sits on. Unlike you. You think that you own the entire damn continent. If you own it fix it up. Then again you and yours can't keep your car out of your front yard!

PJB PJB:
Here's an interesting part of that treaty:

They promise and engage that they will in all respects obey and abide by the law, and they will maintain peace and good order between each other, and also between themselves and other tribes of Indians, and between themselves and others of Her Majesty's subjects, whether Indians or whites, now inhabiting or hereafter to inhabit any part of the said ceded tracts, and that they will not molest the person or property of any inhabitant of such ceded tracts, or the property of Her Majesty the Queen, or interfere with or trouble any person passing or travelling through the said tracts, or any part thereof, and that they will aid and assist the officers of Her Majesty in bringing to justice and punishment any Indian offending against the stipulations of this treaty, or infringing the laws in force in the country so ceded

I guess that is open to interpretation .

This relates only to the Wood Cree...

Not the Six Nations, seeing as they have been front and center in the news of violent protest lately, I'm guessing they are who you were thinking of when you replied to BC's post.

The Six Nations, follows the Two Row Wampum, and the Covenant Chain, both of which have been broken by the Commonwealth and the US of A, so if the breach of contract falls on the occupying party to the contract, is the subjugated party still bound by that contract?

What makes you think you own the Gold-oil-gas, when you came in a boat? With just the clothes on your back? Always remember that the NDN's brought more into the table than what you guys will ever will. Thats not theory, thats a fact.

PJB @ Thu Jun 14, 2007 6:43 am

BC...I don't own any damn gas, oil, or gold or any other natural resource. We ALL benefit from the royalties that the companies that paid millions of dollars to harvest those resources. Where do you honestly think the money that pays for much of our social programs comes from?

Your greed comes out every time you type anything on these forums.

btw...When your ancestors first crossed the Bering strait to inhabitat North America what did they have? Never realized that they brought over drilling rigs and mining equipment.

I am new to this site and it has been disturbing to see the mindset of so called civililized citizens, for the most part it's been quite savage to say the least.

Given the history of this continent...most are embarrassingly uneducated about the development of the New world.

BC,

Thanks for posting the contents of Treaty 6 for those that need to see how it went down.

Given our current situation with the US takeover of Canada through the Security, Prosperity and Partnership (SPP) PROGRAM...I guess the vast majority of canadians are in a coma.

Without First Nation's clear identity as the "original inhabitants" of the North American Continent, one could suppose the US of A would have jack booted around this side of the continent quite some time ago and everyone in canada would be considered an american by now, and of course paying taxes to Uncle Sam for his Industrial Military Complex to feed his murderous craving for the spillage of human blood.

If it wasn't for the Indigenous holding their ground canada would be ruled by the Amercican aparatus.

My guess is not many put it into that context.

Canada is a corporation...people need to do their homework and find out where we all stand in the grand scheme of things.

The Governor General is the HEAD of a De Facto State...go and have a look, see what you find.

Resistance is futile...we are all slaves to the beast or corptocracy.

What they have done to the Indigenous they are now doing to everyone else.
People need to wake up.

BTW: Taxes are illegal...it would serve every citizen to research this. Every person who has a job serving canada and by whom everyone must swear an allegience to the crown before they get the job is complicient in the crime of illegal taxation and subjugation. Every Politician, every Judge, every Lawyer, every certified accountant...and every little civil SERVANT...who serves the interest of the De facto crown is complicient...it takes millions of minions to ensure the theft goes unchallenged.

The blatent racist ranting within this forum is indicative of the mass ignorance of one's own precarious existance.

"The love of possession is a disease with them"
-Sitting Bull-

"[Allotment is] a mighty pulverizing engine to break up the tribal mass."
Theodore Roosevelt

"To punish us for trying to preserve our rights, the Canadian Government has now pretended to abolish our government."
Deskaheh, 1925

"What is your power and authority to rule our people?"
Mohawk spokesman, 1877

NOT ONE PERSON IN HISTORY HAS BEEN ABLE TO ANSWER THAT FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION TO THIS DAY.

Every single person should be asking this very inportant question. If it were to be answered in truth, society as we know it today, would collapse under the startling revelation of the true existance of generational servitute to those who hide in the shadows.

"Why will you take by force what you may obtain by love?"
Powhatan, 1609

Peace is a universally understood concept...yet almost unatainable. Almost.
