How wonderful the sky
-- so beautiful to face.
Not solid, not soft,
Nor something to taste.
With a glowing round globe,
Beating down on me,
An awesome feeling,
So happy to be.
Everywhere it surrounds me
-- this wonderful place.
All curled up I am,
In the sky's
-- magnificent embrace.

I write a lot of poetry, I still have more to put up. I would like to see what you all think of it?

Couldn't get into your website but 'tis the season for that warm feeling of beaches and sunsets and cool camping nights . I'm happy about these warmer seasons and will probably never know if I suffer from SAD but sometimes the abundant highway traveling I have to do scares the life right out of me and I worry all the time in my winter travels . Good ridance to this last winter and the next can wait .

Sorry, my boyfriend (the admin) had to do a whole bunch of networking, I'm sure if you check it now, it will show.

If when you go outside, you put your face directly to the sun. You may suffer from SAD, because only that feeling can lift your spirits. If you get lethargic, and the smallest of tasks seems daunting it's depression usually cause by sad. Only if it's seasonal.

Worry is bad though, I never worry unless I can affect the outcome. The problem with worry is that there is no point in doing it, unless you can change the result, if you can't you have to accept it, instead of trying to change it, or wish that it would. No matter how bad.

yes worry is a bad thing , but the oddness of it is that it works as a motivator in some people... or maybe even most .
