Running at the police is becoming more and more frequent and I'm afraid that it is going to get worse. The only problem is that the brain dead, bleeding hearts out there will vilify some poor cop who shoots one of the deserving scum, while defending himself or a fellow officer from serious injury or death.

Take them out and send them to Afganastan for a few months, maybe they will realize how good they got it here and behave . While they are there they can un arm mines.

Do we ever see the examples of where it does work ?

This is quite a common occurrence in the GTA.

Mostly 6 Nations kids stealing high-end SUV's and driving at the cops who try to stop them.

But you'll never see that in the press for obvious reasons.

Since it's purpose was to mollycoddle the kids and whitewash the problem, then I suppose it is doing what it was suposed to do.
