Though I have to note, Sex Ed isn't really being banned, just split and sent all around. Which is a bad idea, but theoretically the intention wasn't to ban Sex Ed.

Canada is the most expensive country to have kids in. Everything 18 and under should be tax exempt. For our own sakes.

As for subsidizing for Canadians instead of selling to Americans : that is a fair point, and yes it would indeed probably simply be fair for Canada to take a hold of Quebec's electricity more. But that would be a kind of political suicide, so no party would be ready to do that unless they *really* wanted the good of Canada as a whole, not that of their party. And then again, even such a party would then give separatists a massive argument.

Years ago I read where some french leader from Quebec admitted Trudeau's NEP policy benefited Quebec to the tune of $50 billion of Alberta's oil.
Quebec collects nearly a billion from electricity sales to NY State. NFLD got what? $39 million for 70 years or so?
Now NFLD has oil so expect Quebec to try to make a deal. (We will stop fucking you if you give us cheap oil.)

the point here folks is they want french quebecois to have more children.. because if they continue not to the french quebecois will be a minority in quebec... the only group breeding these days are the immigrants.. and you know which ones..

So are you saying if both parents aren't Quebecois then the child doesn't count?
