However, there are many such as myself who believe French can be emphasized and protected within Confederation with a bit of tweaking.....as for Montreal's economy, it was separatism that weakened it and made the head offices flee to Toronto.

   

What about the head offices that move from TO to cowtown? Would a bit of tweaking help too?

Has this story hit a blind spot with the Vive readers? Jane Jacobs certainly seems to have the brain power on the issues of sovereigntieS. I do wonder how can the "Quebec" problem be worked out without this ongoing corruption that Jane Jacobs fingerpointed.
