Jehovah's Witness gets away with molesting his daughter
This is ridiculous.

Rather than notify authorities, she claimed in an earlier civil suit that church elders told her not to seek outside help or report the abuse.
She also said they forced her to confront her dad to allow him to repent his sins as outlined in Matthew 18:15-18, a process she said was abusive and traumatic.
It may be a sin, but it's also a felony and the law must take precedence above all else.

Now a married mother of three pre-teen daughters, Boer said she hoped her criminal and civil battles would force changes to how Witnesses deal with sexual abuse within their ranks.
As part of their beliefs, Jehovah's Witnesses reject anything political or "worldly" that distracts from their focus on Christ and the second coming, which they consider imminent.
So diddling your kids is OK, as long as you aren't distracted from the Second Coming, by criminal charges???

. These people are down right dangerous

Jehovas Witnesses are freaks nuff said.
I know a few and they seem OK to me. Seems a little silly to generalize one person's actions to an entire group, particulalrly given some of the nastiness a lot of other religious organizations have gotten up to over the years.
What the hell!?
Somebody kick that man's ass!
Fucking child molester.
I oughta shoot him in the face on purpose.

Yeah, I suppose. I had a "supposed" Jehovas Witness friend (not sure if I believed him) and he said he couldn't introduce me to his family because I wasn't Jehovas Witness or something... Still, goes to show what religion can do to someones actions.
Not just that, molestation can happen and does happen in any religion. I just disagree with much of what Jehovah's Witnesses believe. They will put their beliefs above the welfare of a child in many cases. I just don't understand that.

It stems from the core religious postion of "We alone are holders of the one sacred truth and everyone else is wrong"
All religion is the same way. These people have just taken a few bible passages and interpreted them to their extreme.
These people are alternating between ignoring modern genetics and having to accept their bible is wrong when genetic studies showed that the Native Americans are not descended from israelites who migrated to the new world.

Wrong sect, you're thinking of the Mormons. JW's are the ones opposed to blood transfusions and organ transplants.

Aren't they just slight offshoots of one another? Isn't mormonism closer to the JW's then any other group and don't they also share that belief?

My mistake.
They are both considered cults but the mormons have written their own bible that no one else follows and the JW's have just massively re-written the bible to suit their needs.
No more so then Methodists and Orthodox Russians. They are both sects, but that is all they share in common. The Mormons have their Book of Mormon, an early version of Scientology and the JW's just follow a slightly different interpretation of the Bible that mainstream Christianity follows.
Ask a Mormon about DNA. How they can claim that Indians, a Mongoloid people, are descended from Hebrews, a caucasoid people. It usually pisses them off. Also when they give you their names the women always refer to themselves as Sister and themen as Elder. I always ask the women if they are Catholic and ask the men if they have aybody named Pitt in their Church

This is ridiculous.
What is more ridiculous is criticising a small number of people in a silly cult while several hundred thousand people in another cult openly speak of and plot the demise of your country.
We've all had a JW show up knocking on our front door... right!?
Next time try and have a little fun with them!? Politely say... "No thank you, I'm really not interested because I worship SATAN" and close the door! Watch the look you get and see how fast they get off your porch!!! Most likely they will tell all of their JW friends and they will never show up again.
I generally don't bust on people's religion... you can believe it whatever you want. Just don't be knocking on my FU*KING front door at 8:00 on a Saturday morning!!!

That's when The power washer comes out.... What part of "PRIVATE PROPERTY DO NOT TRESPASS, BEWARE OF DOG WITH GUN" do folks not undertand?
Morally, Ethically, Humanely it's just all wrong.
What gets my goat is they believe in absolution.
Say a couple of prayers, donate some time to the church and this makes it all good.
