Not likely especially since National Flags don't hit back. My guess is that they'll continue to demonstrate their distain for the RoC and seperatist solidarity by violently attacking inanimate objects and holding tupperware parties to raise money for their cause.

I'm taking up a collection if anyone is interested. I'm having a bunch of 3x5 cards made up with the slogan, "Remember the Plains of Abraham" on one side, a the Fleur de lis with a big X through it on the other side and paying someone to fly me over the area this demonstration took place to "leaflet" bomb the neighbourhood.

meh.... as long as we treat Quebec like every other province. I don't give a shit what these yahoos do any more. Take the flag out of the legislature, don't give a shit. If the current government thinks the most pressing issues in Quebec is getting as much as Canada out of Quebec. They're are going to have to sleep in that bed they've made for themselves.

Ignoring them is the best thing to do. This is what they feed off of, reaction from the rest of us. Don't give it to them. They're insignificant.

Although I think you're 100% right, it sure can be tough to ignore stuff like this. Atleast I know I wouldn't do something like this, so i can live with the smug self-satisfaction that I'm a better person than these bigoted yahoos.
