(You know, I typed that with a straight face. Does it show? I bet it shows. I think it's very important to type such things with a straight face. By doing so I think the facade of integrity, sincerity, empathy and genuine concern show through. It is a difficult thing to do when the entire time you're fighting the almost over powering urge to bust a gut laughing.)
