herbie herbie:
People bothered by a carbon tax reduce their use of products they apply to.
Stupid people haven't figured that out so they just bitch about the tax...

Yeah I see what you mean.

You mean hurting increases on gas, heat, food, clothing etc.?

All this so you can pamper your paranoia? No thanks Chicken Little. Your climate apocalypse isn't coming so don't ask the rest of us to pay for it.

The big problem with a carbon tax is costs gets passed down from the big contributors to the public.
Indeed. To be realistic, all taxes do that.

However, the only good thing about the cartoon-dioxide tax is that it exposes the true colors of the fake-do-gooder climate-alarmists and the fake-scientist shills. If there was any good intent in the climate-fear-mongerers, they would support the little guy and make the bad guys pay.

How would you do it though? Make just the "bad guys" pay (assuming they exist.)

Concrete production for example is a big emitter. Tax it hard and what happens to the price of concrete? What happens to prices paid to people who use concrete to produce a service? And so it goes, on and on...

And that's just one example. The list of examples is almost infinite because the chain of those affected keeps growing.

Just in case my bias is unclear, the "science is all settled" is a demonic scam.

There is nothing wrong with emitting carbon dioxide at any level by anybody anywhere. Our planette is big and all of the gases settle where they belong. Unless you can get a job playing with test-tubes, worrying about cartoon-dioxide levels is stupider than worrying about 1 grain of salt upsetting your blood pressure. If you truly believe CO2 is a threat to you or your children, then you must forgive me but you are never going to satisfied. The deception runs deeper.

As long as the tards believe that cartoon-dioxide is a physical threat, then it does not matter what the taxation scheme is because all tax schemes fuck over the poor to the benefit of the rich. They only differ in the groups of rich bastards who derive benefit from the scheme.

I do not consider concrete producers to be bad guys. So, I am uncomfortable sharing an alternate scheme.

Regardless, we do not need to agree upon who and where the bad guys are nor do we need to find the solution to a fake problem. The alarmists should answer your question.... or not. They can take their chances. Ask them: "So.... carbon tax?? please explain why poor people have to pay to "solve" a "problem" that was pre-programmed by rich people??" To twist the knife, you can add the fact that until this "problem" is "solved" by whatever means, the rich people continue to be the main beneficiaries and remain so afterwards.

I can not wait until the young kids grow up. They may be lazy and pretarded and incapable of up-changing or even taking a coffee order but I doubt they are ever going to feel obligated to pay to clean up the mess they did not create while the rich get richer.
